Former unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has reignited his feud with his longstanding rival Jarrell Miller.

Miller was originally slated to fight Joshua back in 2019, the fight was cancelled when "Big Baby" popped for an inordinate amount of performance enhancing drugs. Since then, It's been hard for Joshua to conceal his contempt for the American boxer, as evidenced by their heated argument at the 'Day of Reckoning' press conference:

"AJ don't want no smoke with Deontay [Wilder]," Miller insulted Joshua. "...I know he would put that motherf***** in the grave."

"Miller, don't start with me," Joshua replied. "You know I'll come over there and slap you."

The two heavyweight contenders continued their quarrel at the fighter hotel in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, marking their first true face-to-face encounter since early 2019.

"What makes you think I'm not going to fight him [Wilder]," Joshua remarked. "You're not going to fight him - I smell p****," Miller replied.

"...Look at my record, who have I ducked?" Joshua continued. "I should have fought you! Have you fought Andy [Ruiz]?"

Miller expressed that he'd prefer to fight Joshua instead.

"I don't want you," Joshua scorned. "I'm on a different level."

"I'm not on about levels, boxing is boxing," Miller rebutted.

Joshua exited the scene, but not before delivering one last blow, "Welcome to my show... Remember you're working for me on Saturday night, I'm still your landlord."

Regrettably for fans, a showdown between Joshua and Miller isn't on the immediate horizon. Both fighters are slated for the 'Day of Reckoning' boxing event on December 23, with Joshua taking the top spot on the card against Otto Wallin.

With a victory, Joshua should be targeting a blockbuster showdown with Deontay Wilder. Failing that, Miller appears to be a strong contender, given their storied history.
